Sängen på bilden är 160 cm bred, men jag kommer att ställa dit en 120-säng.
Huset är nybyggt 2014 och här finns även ett litet gym samt en biosalong som kan bokas av de boende. På uteplatsen är det tillåtet att grilla med elgrill.
Ruddammen är ett lugnt och mysigt område. Här har du nära till Universitetet, KTH, motionsspår i Lill-Jans-skogen och badplats och promenadvägar runt Brunnsviken. Ca 7 min bort finns t-bana Tekniska Högskolan och Östra station. Utanför huset buss 61, hållplats Ruddammen.
Söker skötsam hyresgäst utan djur. Hör av dig om du har några frågor.

Nice two room apartment (49 m2) with a private terrace (35 m2) where it is allowed to barbecue with an electric grill. I’m renting it out fully furnished since I’m moving in with my boyfriend. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine and the bathroom has floor heating. I will bring some of the furniture on the pictures to my new apartment, but replace them with others. The bed on the picture is 160 cm, but I will replace it with a 120 cm bed.
The apartment was built in 2014 and in the house there is a small gym and a movie theater that can be booked by all neighbors.
Ruddammen is a quiet and very nice area close to the university, KTH, Lill Jan forest and the beach in Brunnsviken. Only a short walk from Östra station and metro station Tekniska Högskolan. Bus station Ruddammen, for bus nr 61, is located outside the house.
