With the municipal traffic, you enter the city in about 10 minutes. The bus stop is close to the residence.

Östberga is an area with a great location close to Årstafältet, Gullmarsplan and Södermalm. There are many green areas here for lovely walks or walks around Årstafältet. Stockholm city is discussing to build some 2,500 new homes in the area over the next 10 years and also to build preschools.
