I am renting out my 1 room 19m2 studio apartment in Vasastan, starting July 1st – minimum 1 year lease but with the possibility to extend. The apartment is outstandingly well-planned, comes furnished (if wanted), and has a nice balcony facing a lush yard (this time is the best of the year!)
The space: The space has high ceilings and light flowing in from double-balcony door and one window. I’ve designed the apartment to be elegant, yet functional, with a lot of attention to detail and custom remodelling. The apartment was fully renovated in 2015. The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, full size fridge and freezer, gas stove and microwave. Within the layout there’s a addjoining nook, where the closet space is located. Currently I have put a 105 cm bed in that area, but you are also free to put a larger bed in the open area and furnish it how you please.
The house: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. No insight from other buildings. Laundry and storage are located on the basement level. Quite surroundings. I have lived in this building for more or less 9 years with the same nice neighbors.
The neighborhood: The apartment is truly the ideal living in the popular area around Odenplan. Within one block away you can find the best brunch spot (Greasy Spoon), a French bistro with a lot of charm and Ica Supermarket Vanadis. 7 min walk to Odenplan subway, and connection to Buss 2 even closer. For the weekends we recommend Hagaparken for walks, tennis and running, one quick walk away. Vanadisbadet – perfect for swimming, is located just around the corner. The apartment is at the intersection of Hagagatan/Vanadisvägen.
While the apartment is ideal for a single occupant, it’s perfectly suitable for a young couple sharing the studio life (my boyfriend and I have happily been here for a year together). We are looking for a responsible tenant that will treat the apartment with love and care. You need to be a non-smoker. Animals are welcome.
