Lägenheten ligger på 5 minuters promenadavstånd till Solna C och 10 minuter till T-Centralen med tunnelbanan, i ett tryggt och fint område mitt emot Solna tingsrätt och polisen.
Lägenheten har 2 sovrum och 1 vardagsrum. Ni kommer ha tillgång till hela lägenheten förutom det lilla sovrummet där vi har flyttat in våra saker. Lägenheten har fönster i söder- och västerläge som gör det väldigt ljust hela dagen. Den uthyres möblerad med ett modernt kök inklusive diskmaskin och inbyggd mikrovågsugn. Det finns dessutom gott om förvaringsutrymme. Tvättstugan ligger i samma byggnad.
I hyran ingår vatten, värme och snabbt internet. Elkostnad tillkommer.
Vi söker skötsamma hyresgäster som kan ta hand om vår lägenhet. Uthyres till en person eller ett par med stabil inkomst. Rökfri och djurfri.
En månadshyra tas ut i deposition samt första månadens hyra i samband med kontraktsskrivning. Depositionen återfås när hyresavtalet avslutas.

The apartment is located at a 5-minute walking distance from Solna C, where you can take the subway to T-Centralen in 10 minutes. It is in a nice, safe, and friendly neighborhood, right across Solna District Court and the police station.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 living room in the apartment. You will have access to the whole apartment except for the smaller bedroom where we are storing our stuff. We have big windows towards the south and west, so there is a lot of light coming in all day long. We are renting out with all the furniture as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a dishwasher and a build-in microwave. There is a lot of storage room in the apartment. The laundry room is in the same building.
The rent includes water, heating, and fast internet. You will pay for the electricity bills separately.
We are looking for considerate tenants that can take care of our apartment carefully, as their own. Renting out to one person or a couple with stable incomes. No smoking and no pets allowed.
The first month’s rent and one-month deposit are required when signing the contract. If no damages occur, and you leave on the agreed move-out date, your deposit will be refunded.
