Vi kan erbjuda en modern, fräsch och uppdelad villa i Amhult, Torslanda. Villan är vackert belägen högt och fritt i ett mycket populärt villa område med nära till allt. Det är ett välskött hus som passar en eller två personer som vill bo i ett tyst och exklusivt område i Göteborg. Hav, båtliv, golfbanor, tennishallar, affärer (ICA Maxi och Willys) och service finns ca 10 minuters gångavstånd från huset. Huset är uppdelat i två lägenheter och det är den nedre lägenheten som hyrs ut. Den nedre lägenheten är en 3:a på ca 55kvm boarea och innefattar entré med hall, nyrenoverat kök från Kivik, mathall, sovrum och vardagsrum (alternativt extra sovrum). Badrummet har värme i klinkers, duschplats, WC, handfat och vädringsfönster. Vid sovrummet finns en terass i västerläge. Även tillgång till gemensam tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns tillgängligt. I hyran ingår bredband och vatten. Hyran är kallhyra (uppvärmning och el tillkommer). Köket är helt nytt från Kivik (se visualiserings bild från Kivik) och matrum finns tillgängligt i rummet bredvid köket. Köket innefattar kyl, frys samt fläkt och spis. Huset är från 2004 och välskött. Tomten är på ca 700 kvm och är en av de största i området. Stenlagd infart med parkering finns tillgängligt. Vi söker en skötsam hyresgäst/hyresgäster som inte röker och inte innehar husdjur (pga allergi i andra våningen). Hyran är på 8500 SEK. Tillträde från Oktober 2019. The villa is divided into two apartments and it is the lower apartment that is rented out. It is a two bedroom apartment with a dining/living room, kitchen (brand new from Kivik), hall, bathroom and direct access to a laundry room. The apartment is 55 square meters living area.The bathroom floor is heatable, shower area, WC, basin and ventilation window. Outside the bedroom is a terrace in the western direction (sunset direction). The laundry room is shared between the two apartments and has both a washing machine and a dryer. In the rent internet and water is included. In the rent heating and electricity is not included. The kitchen is brand new från Kivik (please see the visualisation pictures from Kivik) and the dining room is in the room opposite the kitchen. The kitchen consists of fridge, freezer, fan and a stove.The house is from year 2004 and very well maintained. The garden is approximately 700 square meters and is one of the biggest in the villa area. Parking is available.
