Looking for another roommate in our four bedroom apartment. We are all young-ish (26-34). We are down to earth (hopefully) but can be quite sarcastic sometimes (in a nice way). We are social but don’t have parties in the flat. We also like to be on our own. It’s a 50/50 split for social/introvert I would say.
The apartment is big and very central. It can be a bit cold though as the rooms are very big so if you are used to a specific kind of heat it may be difficult. The rent includes all bills & a cleaner that comes every Saturday. It is a blessing to have all our common areas cleaned every week. We are all neat people so you need to be too otherwise you may get annoyed. We have a dishwasher though that makes life easier.
The rent is 7,500 for the room (as seen in the pictures). All bills. Furnished as well. First and last months rent on move in.
The move in date is first of november, month to month contract but you can stay for longer obviously.
