The apartment is located on the third floor in a quiet area. Light and airy with fantastic view.
With shared kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen is large, fully equipped, and furnished with dining area.

The room is functioning as a one room apartment with a private door lock.
The room is approx. 25m2 (270 ft2) and furnished in a sleeping area, a working area, a sitting area with relaxing sofa.
The room has a wardrobe and additional clothing rack.
Bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets are included.
Cleaning equipment, cleaning detergents etc are included. Instructions will be provided by
the landlady.
Everyone is responsible for keeping all areas nice, tidy and well represented.
Wifi, and utilities are included.
There is a shared laundry room in the building which can be booked in advance.
No loud noises between 22.00-07.00 all days of the week.
Rent: 6000 SEK/month. Payment date: 27th of each month in advance.
Deposit 3 months rent.
There is a 3 month notice period. The deposit will be paid back after inspection by the
landlady.
There is a deposit of 500 SEK for the keys which will be paid back once the keys are
returned.
Visiting scholars or foreign students from Göteborgs Universitet only.
No smoking. No guests. No pets allowed.
Long-term guests preferred. If there is a predate for leaving please notify up front.
You need to be someone who is respectful and considerate to others, in particular with the “no noise at night” and “no guest” rule in mind.
Courtesy and politeness is required.
