The apartment is placed on board a ship that is located at Högmarsö varv in Furusund, in the northern parts of Stockholm archipelago, about an hour north of Stockholm.
There are two more apartments on board.
To get here you need to come with a Ferry, with your car or your bike.
There are buses from Stockholm and from Norrtälje, that stops at the main road, not far from the ferry station.
The view of the surrounding islands is fabulous and there are lots of strolling areas and very green surroundings as well as the sea.
It´s small but very modern, renovated in 2017-2018.
There’s a small bathroom and a small kitchenette
There is a master bedroom a very small bedroom with a bulk bed, not full length beds, and a living room. The area is hard to measure as the walls are not straight bit we estimate about 45 sqm) You will be living next door to us the owners and an other tenant. (see the last picture for the drawing of the ”apartment”, it´s the front/ left side that is included, after the partition line)
You need to be able to walk in rather steep stairs, if there are children or pets visiting they should ware life vests. (No permanent renters with kids or dogs)
You have your own private Sauna connected to your bathroom, your own outdoor area.
The rent is including 12% VAT/ Moms (which is 6200:-sek plus Moms)
