The apartment is located on the third floor in a quiet area. Light and airy with fantastic view.With shared kitchen and bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped, and furnished with dining area.Bathroom with bathtub.
The room is private, with door lock.The room is 25m2 and fully furnished bed, desk/table and relaxing sofaThe room has wardrobe for storage and a clothing rack
Bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets are included.Cleaning equipment, cleaning detergents etc are included. Instructions will be provided by the landlady.We are equally responsible for keeping all areas nice, tidy and well represented.
Wifi, and utilities are included.
There is a shared laundry room in the building which can be booked in advance.
No loud noises between 22.00-07.00 all days of the week.
Rent: 6000 SEK/month. Payment date: 27th of each month in advance.Deposit: 3 months rent. There is a 3 month notice period. The deposit will be paid back after inspection by the landlady.
Visiting scholars or foreign students from Göteborgs Universitet preferred. No smoking. No guests. No pets allowed. Only long-term guest. If there is a predate for leaving please notify me up front.You need to be someone who is respectful and considerate to others, in particular with the “no noise at night” and “no guest” rule in mind.Courtesy and politeness is required. This is a private home.
