The room is about 16sqm and has furnitures (bed, writing desk, some drawer to put cloth). There are 2 bathrooms. kitchen, livingroom, terrace (in summer) is for everyones use. 5 min walk to Trainstation Alby (red line). 30 min trains red line to t central. you can be student or working or whatever. as long you pay the rent its fine with me. I am from germany and work as dentist in stocholm. I can talk english, german and swedish if needed.
