I hjärtat av Malmö mellan Davidshall och Lugnet, ligger denna rymliga och nyrenoverade trea mitt på mysiga gågatan. På andra våningen med öppen planlösning med välutrustat kök, matplats som kan utvidgas vid behov, ett större sovrum med dubbelsäng (180 cm) och garderobsvägg, ett mindre sovrum med 120-säng, stort badrum, funktionell hall samt klädkammare. Endast 400 m till Triangeln med utmärkta pendlingsmöjligheter till t.ex. Lund och Köpenhamn samt några minuters gångavstånd till majoriteten av busslinjer. Precis utanför dörren finns mataffär, butiker, topprestauranger, bagerier och caféer. Närhet till parker och 10 minuters cykelavstånd till havet.

Lägenheten är tyst med god ljudisolering och sovrummen vetter mot innergården. Bekvämligheter innefattar modernt kök med samtliga vitvaror från 2017, stor kyl och frys, tvättmaskin och torktumlare i badrummet. Vi har bott i denna hyresrätt sedan 2018 och älskar lägenheten och läget, och hyr nu ut tidsbegränsat då vi ska spendera tre månader utomlands. Därför hyrs lägenheten ut fullt möblerad och fullt utrustad med husgeråd, porslin, linne och handdukar. En 55-tum smart-tv finns i vardagsrummet och 42-tum tv i gästrummet (kan också ställas ner i förrådet). Två cyklar (en dam och en herr) finns att låna om så önskas. Snabbt bredband, kabel-tv, el och värme är inkluderat i hyresavgiften.

Gemensam takterass med bord, bänkar och grill finns på innergården. Uppvärmt bil- och cykelgarage i källaren (garageavgift för bil behöver lösas separat).

Vi ser gärna sökande som kan tänka sig att vattna då vi är glada för våra växter. Vi hyr ut i sin helhet under perioden vi är bortresta (6/12 till 5/3 2020). Tiderna är något flexibla, och vi kan vid behov hyra ut gästrummet lite längre ifall ni behöver tidigare tillträde eller senare utträde. Formerna för det får i så fall diskuteras.

In the heart of Malmö between Davidshall and Lugnet, this spacious and newly renovated two bedroom apartment is located in the middle of a cozy pedestrian street. On the second floor, with an open floor plan and a well equipped kitchen, dining area which can be expanded if needed, a master bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and wardrobe wall, a smaller bedroom with a 120 cm bed, large bathroom, functional hall and dressing room. Only 400 m to Triangeln with excellent commuting opportunities for eg. Lund and Copenhagen as well as a few minutes walking distance to the majority of bus lines. Just outside the door are grocery stores, shops, top restaurants, bakeries and cafes. Proximity to parks and 10 minutes cycling distance to the sea.

The apartment is quiet with good sound insulation and the bedrooms face the courtyard. Amenities include modern kitchen with all appliances from 2017, large fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. We have lived in this rental apartment since 2018 and love it and the location, and now sublet it time-limited when we’ll spend three months abroad. Therefore, the apartment is sublet fully furnished and fully equipped with kitchen utensils, linen and towels. There is a 55-inch smart TV in the living room and 42-inch TV in the guest room (can also be set down in the storage room). Two bikes can be borrowed if desired. High speed broadband, cable TV, electricity and heating are included in the rental fee.

Community roof terrace with table, benches and barbecue area is available in the courtyard. Heated car and bicycle garage in the basement (garage fee for car needs to be payed separately).

We look forward to hearing from applicants who could water our plants since we are fond of them. We rent out in full during the period we are abroad (6/12 to 5/3 2020). The dates are somewhat flexible, and we can sublet the guest room a little longer if you need earlier access or later departure. The forms for that may then be discussed.
