Hi, I am looking for a nice, clean & sociable flatmate! 🙂 The room is available already! For me it is important we get along well, so that living together is pleasant for both of us!
About the room: it’s 14.4sqm with furniture, which includes a bed, a cupboard & shelf, a table, chairs and a small night table.
About the apartment:
– it is for 2 people (you & me)
– shared kitchen, that has cutlery, pots, pans etc. No dish washer though!
– pretty big living room, with a big couch, a TV, a bike for excercising
– balcony
– shared bathroom that includes toilet and bathtub/shower
– 2 laundry machines & 1 drying machine in the basement that you can book, which is shared with the people living in the building.
The house is pretty quiet, you will rarely hear the neighbors.
Within 1min walk you get to Lagaplan, where you can find the following
– the Metro Station (Bagarmossen, green line)
– 2 supermarkets (Coop, Ica)
– several restaurants & bars
– hair dresser
– library
– post nord parcel pick ups
etc
Transportation:
– the metro can be reached within 3min walk
– 17, green line
– to Sodermalm: 12min
– to T-Centralen: 19min
– to Skarpnack: 3min
– also there are busses going
Within 10min walk, you get to the Nacka Reservat, a big beautiful forest. It only takes 15min walk to the lake Soderbysjun, very nice in the summer 🙂
Renting details:
– 5000 SEK monthly
– 2 months rent as deposit (10.000 SEK)
– electricity bill is split by 2 (22,50 SEK each)
– Wifi & water are included
About me:
I am from Germany, started learning Swedish recently, but jag pratar dalig svenska, so contact me in English please! 🙂 I’ve been living in Stockholm for 2 years, working as a Web Developer. In my free time I like to go climbing or to the gym, enjoy the nature, playing computer games or go for drinks with friends. I’m an easy going and social person, and also pretty clean. It is important to me that we get along, because it is awkward sharing an appartment without ever talking 😉
