I AM LOOKING FOR:
A reliable and decent person that will take care of my apartment as if it is their/her/his own. Sociable and easy going so that we can have a good communication during the duration of the rent. Please find details below about the apartment and the area
APARTMENT:
•Rent: SEK 12200 / month
•One month rent in deposition
• Furnished: Yes (very well furnished and one only need to move in with clothes)
• Shared living: No.
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Not allowed
• Dishwasher: Yes
• Washing machine: No(but a big laundry is located in the basement of the same building)
• Internet: Yes (500Mb/s)
•TV: Yes (Comhem with it’s basic TV channels
•Elevator: Yes
• Wheelchair accessible: No.
• Private shower: Yes
• Own toilet: Yes
• Garage space: Available at extra cost (SEK 900)
• Electricity: To be paid once every three months and not included in the rent
• Balcony: Yes with glass and can be used as an extra room since it has the necessary furnitures

-15 min direct ride to the center of Stockholm with metro
-15 min cycle to Kista Centrum and Mall of Scandinavia
-5 min walk to Rissne Centrum, where one can find Tunnelbana(blue line Metro) and different buses to different part of Stockholm. Also, the project to build a new tram route is started which will be done in year 2021/2022.
-Supermarket hemköp / post/ Vårdcentral (clinic and pharmacy) in Rissne Centrum
-10 minute walk to the biggest supermarket Willys
-Very green area with walk and cycle road to the lake Lötsjön, golfängarna and Råstasjön. This road is perfect for walking, cycling and running
