We are renting out our super-central and newly renovated (in July ‘19) apartment in Kungsholmen (Kungsholmstorg).
– Available from 17th of December 2019 until 31st of May 2020 (slightly flexible if needed).
– 2 month deposit. 2 months notice period (from both sides)
– 24000kr/month rent, all included: association fees, electricity, warming, water, internet, cable TV basic. As well, 55 inch tv, Apple tv, smart lighting in all rooms (Philips hue). In addition to this, there is a gym in the building included in the deal.
– Perfect location, next to Kungsholmstorg and just few steps from Norr Malärstrand.
– 1st floor, accessible by stairs or ful size new elevator.
– 80 meters to Rådhuset subway, 15 min walk to T-Centralen. Plenty of restaurants around like Trattorian and Orangeriet, Petite France, ICA 100m, Systembolaget 40m. M (previous Sunfleet) car sharing closest fleet is 300m away.
– Well-planned and newly renovated apartment in July 2019: 2 big bedrooms with plenty of storage and wardrobes, big living room with direct access to the balcony (6sqm facing west) and the kitchen. Big enough bathroom, build with the best materials, floor heating and new high quality washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and full size fridge and freezer. Basic kitchen utensils available.
Hall with 3 waredrobes for extra storage.
– Fully furnished, (except balcony).
– The building provides tvattstugan, bike and stroller storage, inner garden with playground, gym.
– For extra 250 sek / month we can provide home surveilance system with the night vision that will take care of your belongings while you are away and notify you directly into the mobile phone if sound or movement is detected in the apartment.
– No smoking and No pets allowed.
We love our apartment as we have renovated it for ourselves to live and ideally we are looking for a responsible couple who will take care of our apartment as if it was theirs while we are away. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child.
In the second bedroom we can provide a small crib or small bed.
Extra benefit for those who work in the center – apartment is walking distance from T-Centralen so you could put on hold your SL cards and enjoy short morning walks saving transport costs and enjoying healthy lifestyle. We do so.
