=== General Description ===

In Stockholm/Sweden, I have a completely new apartment in the heart of Solna where is a great place to stay. It is a new first-hand 2:a apartment for renting, 67 square meters and it has a large bedroom, a very large living room, a wide & modern kitchen, bathroom, storage room and a cozy large balcony. It is located in Solna Centrum which is the best area near the Stockholm city center. This new apartment has new home appliances, new furniture and living facilities, the balcony faces south and the green grassland of the community center where the scenery is very good.

=== Location and transportation ===

Within a 3-minute walk you can reach the Blue Line no. 11 Solna C subway station and the Solna Centrum Shopping Mall, which has over 120 shops, restaurants, cafes, libraries, cinemas, banks, pharmacies, currency exchange centers and several large supermarkets such as ICA, Hemköp etc., gas stations, car dealers, post offices, electronic appliances stores are also around this area. Living, shopping, transportation and life are very convenient. In addition to the Solna C subway station, there is a light rail train (Tvärbana) nearby, no matter you take the subway or light rail train, you can reach Stockholm city center (T-Centralen) and Gamla Stan (old town) about 8 minutes. There is also a commuter train (Pendaltåg) near the apartment, it takes around 6-8 minutes to reach Stockholm City Central Railway Station Stockholm C. You can take either by car or by subway, train or airport shuttle bus (Flygbussarna), it is very convenient to go to Arlanda Airport and Bromma Airport in Stockholm.

If you go to work, it is not far from KI Solna (Karolinska Institute) and it’s very convenient. In addition, you can take subway Blue Line no. 11 at Solna C station and after 8 minutes you can reach Kista — Sweden’s Silicon Valley high-tech city, you can easily go to high-tech companies such as Ericsson AB, Huawei, Microsoft, Nokia, IBM, Oracle, Intel, Sun and other big companies to work. By subway or bus, you can go to KTH Royal Swedish Institute of Technology or go to the student areas i.e. Bergshamra, Kungshamra, Västra Skogen (Strix, Pax), Univeritet (Lappis) and Näckrosen. If you take the commuter train (Pendaltåg) you can easily reach the southern area i.e. Huddinge and Flemingsberg.

If you prefer to drive by car, you can easily drive the E4 and E18 European highways from the apartment, whether you are going to Arlanda Airport, Bromma Airport, South lake Älvsjö, or heading west to the Norwegian capital city Oslo which is very Convenience! The house is equipped with high-grade Nordic oak flooring and a new set of furniture, including double beds, cabinets, living room sofas, coffee tables, dining tables, dining chairs and other common living facilities, as well as new appliances including refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers, electromagnetic oven, microwave ovens, dishwashers, cooking ventilator and more. Water, electricity, high-speed broadband, cable TV fee are included in the rent except the heating fee.

From 2019-11-09, you can come to see and visit this new apartment in Solna. I hope that you are working, expatriating or studying in Stockholm, best suitable for a family, or two girls to live together. I hope that you have a permanent and stable job, good personal hygiene, keep the new apartment neat and clean. You love the new apartment, do not smoke and no pets.
