In this central neighborhood, you will find this rare apartment, less than 50 meters from the metro station T-centralen. It doesn’t get more central that this. At the same time, it’s a very peaceful and quiet apartment as it’s situated high up, far from all the city noise and happenings.
The apartment is clean and nice. Two people can stay here and be comfortable. You will be renting the whole place, which consists of: One separate bedroom with a 160 cm bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a living room with a sofa, TV and some other furniture, a bedroom with a jacuzzi (slightly broken as seen in the picture), and two outside areas (with furniture).
The neighbors are friendly, and many families live here with children – it’s safe.
Move-in date is flexible, but not earlier than January 2020. Can be discussed.
We are interested in renting it ot for 6 months-1 year to start with. Possibility to prolong after that if both parties are happy.
Monthly rent is paid in advance. Internet is not included in rent, you will have to arrange that on your own, and electricity is not included either – will be paid by you on my request (with invoice proof) quarterly.
Requirements:
2 months rent deposit will be asked of you together with record of employment and reference from previous landlord.
We do not want any animals or smokers to stay in the apartment. We want clean, responsible houseguests who understands how to take care and respect others’ homes.
