Hi,
I am looking for a nice and calm person or a couple who are interested to rent a room for long term, i.e. not less than 4 months.
My name is David and I am 55 years old, work as a teacher assistant at a school.
I am renting out a +20 m2 room as you see in the pictures. The apartment is
only 2 rooms, so the other room is mine.
The room is furnished with a double bed (can be single), cupboard, 3 seat sofa, and a study desk. The room has it’s private summer balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen, shared toilet, bicycle room is available. Electricity, water, heat, and high-speed wifi are all included.
I don’t mind if you smoke in your balcony, there is another balcony, I hope you don’t mind if I do on the other balcony.
Bedsheets, pillows, covers, etc. are not included you have to arrange them by
yourself.
Good communication to downtown, approx 20 minutes. 300 meters to nearest food-store ICA, 700 meters to Netto store, 500 meters to tram or bus station.
The rent is 5000 kr + one month deposit paid in advance for one person
Or the rent will be 6000 kr for a couple + one month deposit.
The room is not suitable for babies, children or pets.
Kindly write few lines about yourself, background, what do you do etc. You must have either a Swedish ID or EU Id with permanent job or proof that you are a student in Sweden if you are a student.
Your questions are welcomed anytime and you are welcome to visit to see the room any afternoon or use facebook if you live far and want to have a video communication.
If everything went ok the deposit will be required on signing the contract
and the rent will be required when moving in.
