Due to a new job requiring relocation, I have an apartment (bostadsrätt) available for long or medium term let. The apartment is located in Nysäter, a residential development in Mölnlycke. The neighbourhood was designed and built with mixed types of dwellings – rented apartments, bostadsrätter and individually owned houses. The theme for the architects designing the area was “Woods & Lakes" and it is situated on a lake and next to a forest for recreational use. It is great location if one likes the outdoors. The neighbourhood is about 15km from Gothenburg city centre, with excellent public transport to both Gothenburg and Mölndal. There is bus stop about 300m from the apartment with frequent bus services. A direct journey Korsvägen, a public transport hub in Gothenburg with multiple connections for tram services to Chalmers and the University, takes about 25min and runs every 10min during rush hours and every 20-30min outside rush hour. During weekdays there is also an express bus service to Volvo from Mölnlycke town centre, circumventing Göteborg City centre, passing other industries such as AstraZeneca Mölnlycke is a small and quiet hamlet in the municipality Härryda with excellent schools. It is mostly populated by families commuting to Gothenburg or Mölndal for work. Mölnlycke has a small town centre with good amenities such as grocery stores, bakeries, systembolag, post office, pharmacy, doctors surgery, dentists, a few clothe stores and cafes, limited (no) nightlife, but it is not far from Göteborg! The apartment belongs to a well managed “bostadsrätt association” of 40 households. Apartments are organised in individual square “boxes” with two apartments in each, a smaller one downstairs and a larger one upstairs over two floors with the entrance at street level.
