We’ve decided to rent out our nicely renovated guest house with full equipment.
You won’t be sharing any spaces with us. Inside it feels quite spacious and bright with high ceilings, big windows and newly renovated bathroom.
Queen size bed 200*160. Space is efficiently utilized as the bed is set in the loft over bathroom.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with stove, pots, cutlery, etc. A small fridge / freezer. Microwave oven available.
Bathroom / laundry room:
Newly renovated with under-floor heating, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Balcony:
Patio with table and chairs.
Storage:
Built-in wardrobe wall with big mirrors. Cellar beneath the house also available.
Heating:
Air-conditioner for heating and cooling. Floor heating for entrance and bathroom.
Internet:
High speed internet with 250M bandwidth.
Public transport:
4 minutes walk to the bus stop. From there, it takes around 40 minutes to go to Slussen, around 50 minutes to Cityterminalen. You might want to transfer once if you are in a hurry.
During rush hours on weekdays, bus would typically come every 5 – 10 minutes, 20 – 30 minutes otherwise.
Parking: Plenty of room for parking.
Area:
It is quiet and nice with closeness to green areas and lakes. Two shopping center with grocery shopping: Orminge Centre and Gustavsberg centrum. Both takes 20 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by driving.
Note:
I. Electricity, broadband and water included in the rent.
II. Layout might be a little different from the pictures. e.g. Pictures on wall, live plants, etc.
III. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
IV. Please provide some kind of certificate as a proof of stable job or studying.
V. We can consider lower the rent if only 1 person.
