I am now renting out my beautiful three-room apartment for a year, with a gorgeous view over the city, to a very nice person – you! I love this apartment, and you will too – almost everything you need included.
– Kitchen with all amenities
Including a dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, huge refrigerator and freezer, and a large, beautiful wooden dinner table.
– Fully furnished
If you have your own furniture, we can sort that out, but you probably won’t want to – the apartment has a comfortable bed with memory foam in both the main bedroom (two person) and guest room (one person). Next to the enourmous sofa is a 50″ TV with Apple TV. The apartment is also equipped with an extensive Philips Hue smart lighting system that can be controlled via Siri and Samsung Multiroom Audio.
– Wardrobes
One large closet by the entrance, and one big walk-in closet in the main bedroom.
– Extremely bright
Windows almost entirely covering one side of the apartment with gorgeous view of the city.
– Public transportation
Bus 60 stops JUST outside the building, leaves every 6 minutes and takes you to the city center in 14 minutes.
– Private and quiet
You will rarely hear neighbors – the house is well isolated. It’s also on floor 5 of 6 (elevator is quick) and nobody can see in. Even though the city center close at hand, the location is just out of hearing range from nightlife.
– Broadband
Com Hem 100/10Mbit (can be upgraded to 600/50Mbit)
– Heat and electricity included
– Guest apartment
The building has a separate overnight apartment that can be booked for a small fee.
– Storage room
on the same level of the apartment currently holds my stuff, but if you need it we can arrange for you to rent it for a small fee.
– Large bathroom
With bathtub and towel heaters. Washer and dryer inside that are surprisingly hard to hear when the bathroom is closed.
– Recycling
Extremely well-kept garbage rooms with recycling in-building. Overall, the building is extremely well taken care of.
– Parking
Parking house with free spots can be found nearby, just up the street, with a monthly fee of about 500 SEK. It is also a SunFleet pool, where you can rent a car as you need it.
– Wheelchair accessible
This apartment is well suited if you or planned visitors have a wheelchair. There is not a single stair step involved in getting into the apartment.
