I am moving to San Francisco for work, so I am renting out my amazing apartment, fully-furnished (pictures from when I bought the apartment one year ago, so furniture is different and more modern) with everything you might need, in the optimal place in Midtown, Stockholm on Luntmakargatan 36, close by Hötorget.
The apartment is a well-planned studio of 33m2 on 3rd floor (with elevator) with balcony with morning sun. Separate kitchen with seating. 8 min walk to the central station, 3 min walk to Hötorget, 8 min walk to stureplan, 10 min walk to Odenplan (the amount I have saved on ubers this year…) On a quiet street, but parallell to Sveavägen which has everything you will need: restaurants, supermarkets, systembolag, pharmacy etc. Closest tube stops – Hötorget & Rådmansgatan (2 min walk each).
Modern furnishings with navy blue velvet sofa, brass coffee table, wine fridge. TV included which flips perfectly so you can either watch from the sofa or from the bed.
Top modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster… All glassware etc included (if you want)
Top modern bathroom with large fitted mirror, storage etc.
A lot of in-apartment storage space: built-in closet + top storage for eg. suitcases, external closet, drawers, storage under bed, a lot of storage in kitchen.
Very nice neighbours, quite young, in the building. I have had a rich social life with no complaints, and have basically never heard anything from any other neighbours – sound isolation is great.
Roof terrace available to inhabitants of the building. 2x washers, dryer and drying cabinet in basement (and very easy to get washing slots as building is quite small)
Looking for long-term renter. 1 year with possibility to stay longer. Exact move-in date depends on when I get my US visa – but about mid-April
