A great villa set high up with nice views, a large living room and a beautifully laid out kitchen connected to an outside patio and backyard that is ideal for grilling and relaxing with the family. There are two bedrooms with double beds. In addition, there is a bunk bed in one of the rooms, and a third bedroom/study with a sofa bed. We also have a crib available. Next to the kitchen, there is a generous dining room with plenty of room for dinner guests. Moreover, there are several outside spaces arranged to take advantage of the sun all day.Spacious and bright living room with large windows where the light flows in, high ceilings, newly parquet floor and delicious fireplace. The living room is equipped with a large projector and speakers for maximum enjoyment and viewing of the many channels to which we subscribe (including HBO and Netflix).Guests will have full use of all bed linens, towels and the available kitchen appliances. However, besides the washer/dryer in the basement, use of all other equipment and machines are not permitted. We have many plants both inside and out, which we kindly ask any guests to water. Usually the ones inside needs watering once per week and the ones outside as needed.The villa is located in a family friendly neighbourhood, which is close (10-15 minutes driving) to several lakes and natural reserves (Longsjön, Ådran, Örlången) and parks if one has small children. Using the commuter train (Pendeltåg) 10 minutes to Södermalm and 13 minutes from T-Centralen. The location of the property means that it is also relatively close to a subway station (Tunnelbana).
