I am renting out my apartment (2nd floor) located in central Stockholm in a calm side street of the scenic ”Rödabergsområdet” of Vasastan.

The windows are large and literally flood the apartment with light (the livingroom is a cornerroom with windows in two walls). Wooden floors in kitchen, hall and living room, tiles in the bathroom. Good storage possibilities.

The apartment has been undergoing extensive renovation in recent years and is now in excellent condition. The bathroom is not only fully tiled but also has floorheating. The kitchen is equipped with a new, modern stove (gas/electric combined), a dishwasher and of course a large freezer/fridge combination (the one in the picture has been replaced by a stainless steel one). The amount of furniture that remains in the appartment can eventually be discussed. In 2019 the livingroom windows have been upgraded with energy-efficient window panes, reducing cold draft in winter.

Internet is via Glasfiber (and WLAN) from Bredbandsbolaget at 250 MBit/s.

The Bostadsrättförening is very pleasant and takes very good care of the entire building, including the beautiful and roomy garden which is ideally suited for barbecues in summer. A cykelförråd is provided, as is an excellent tvättstuga, bastu, festvåning and billard table.

Connection to public transport is outstanding (Bus line No. 3: 2 min; T-Bana: 5 min; Pendeltåg (Karlberg): 7 min). Hagaparken is a 10-15 min walk away.
