Hello !! We like to rent out one room from a 5 room Apartement with 2 floors. there are a balcony and a roof terrace. The room is about 12sqm and has furnitures (bed, writing desk, some drawer to put cloth). There are 2 bathrooms. kitchen, livingroom, terrace (in summer) is for everyones use. 5 min walk to Trainstation Alby (red line). 30 min trains red line to t central. you can be student or working or whatever. as long you pay the rent its fine with me. I am from germany and work as dentist in stocholm. I can talk english, german and swedish if needed. please no smoker. no pets. no whole families with children, etc. just one nice female or male :). normally I say we try it 3 month then if it works for longer. included in rent is electricity, viber internet, no extra costs.
