Hej, I’m renting out my super-central and cosy apartment at Kungsholmen (Kungsklippan).
– Available from 1st of January 2020
– 1-year contract with possibility to extend (its an associations rule to have a limit, but they usually allow extension if all rules are followed), 2 months notice from both sides (negotiable), 1 month deposit
– 15,000kr/month rent, all included: association fees, electricity, warming, water, internet (gigabit speed! I can leave my wi-fi router too if needed), cable TV (never used, but its there)
– 25m² + big balcony
– Located at Kungsklippan hill (check on Google Maps, it’s beautiful)
– 10 meters to Rådhuset subway, 8 min walk to T-Centralen. Plenty of restaurants around, Coop and ICA, 2 minutes to water in 3 directions:)
– Well-planned: big enough bathroom with bathtub, kitchen to cook (no dishwasher), separated bedroom area (sovalkov), plently of storage near the ceiling designed to not take floorspace
– Fully furnished.
– Really nice bed (120x200cm), bought for myself 2 years ago, custom-made from Sova
– Balcony with fantastic view. 6/6 floor, 2 elevators in the building with glass wall to see half of Stockholm.
– Warm in winter, good ventilation in summer.
– Everything else that you expect from the apartment in Stockholm (tvattstugan, bike storage, inner garden, etc, etc).
– Only for 1 person permanently living
– No smoking.
