This newly built apartment is now available for rent on the outskirts of Järvastaden, close to Ursvik. The bus stop is just a little further down the street and takes you both to the Ulriksdal commuter train station (4 minutes), the Mall of Scandinavia with Solnas Commuter train station next to it (7 minutes) and the Solna center where the subway and the crossroads go from (12 min). You can also take a bus or walk to the Hallonbergens subway station from where you can take the subway to Kista. In addition to good communication opportunities, there are also plenty of restaurants and parks in the area and you have a grocery store further down the street where the apartment is located. There are also plenty of Recreation areas in the form of Ursvik’s exercise area and the walking path around Lötsjön.

The apartment is newly built and consists of a hall with plenty of storage facilities in the form of wardrobes. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, and dishwasher.
