Hej!
Jag ska skriva min kandidatuppsats utomlands och hyr därför ut min lägenhet i Mariatorget från ca. 23e mars till ca 30e juni. Lägenheten är en 2:a, 39 kvm på högsta våningen (4 våningar) med fönster i söderläge. Den renoverades för ca. tre år sedan med nymålade väggar, nytt badrum och nyköpta vitvaror. Uthyres fullt möblerad inklusive bl.a. diskmaskin, ugn, induktionsspis och mikro.
Lägenheten ligger på Södermalm med bra kollektivförbindelser och ligger en station från T-centralen med pendeltåg. Tunnelbana, bussar och pendeltåg ligger inom fem minuters gångavstånd. Också väldigt nära systembolaget, Apoteket, många livsmedelskedjor och trevliga restauranger samt barer. Ungefär 10 minuter gångavstånd till en stor park vid vattnet som drar till sig många människor.
Hyran är 13 000 kr/månad och då ingår vatten, elektricitet och fiber-internet. Disposition är en månads hyra. Jag kommer att kräva referens, kreditupplysning och anställningsbevis. Rökning inomhus är högst förbjudet, men tillåtet på innegården, och inga husdjur i soffan. Max två personer får hyra. Hör av er för fler frågor och visningar!
I will study abroad for about three months and therefor rent out my apartment in Mariatorget from around the 23rd of March to around the 30th of June. The apartment is 39 m² big and has 2 rooms. Its at the top floor of a four-floor apartment with south-facing windows. It was renovated for approx. three years ago with freshly painted walls, new bathroom and newly bought appliances. Its fully furnished including dishwasher, oven, induction cooker and micro, etc.
Södermalm is one major part of downtown central Stockholm with plenty of restaurants, cafes and nice bars. There is good communication to the airport and to T-centralen which is the centre of all public transports. Subway (Mariatorget and Zinkensdam), buses and commuter trains (Södra station, one station to T-centralen) are within five minutes walking distance. There is a ten minute walk to a big park at the water and its close to the pharmacy, big grocery stores, Systembolaget and more. All in all, close to everything.
The rent is 13 000 SEK/month including electricity, heat, water and fibre-internet. Deposition is one month rent. Smoking inside is extremely prohibited but okay at our lovely courtyard. No pets on the couch. Maximum two people can rent. Please contact me for mor questions and a look at the apartment!
