Lilla Essingen is a quiet residential island that is easy to get to. There are lots of restaurants and bakeries, parks, and the lake. The local supermarket is an ICA nära, or you can walk 10 minutes and be at a bigger Hemköp. The area is quiet green and peaceful.
Transport:
Within 2 minutes walk of Bus 1 and bus 56. 10 minutes walk to Thoridsplan subway station, green line. 15 minute walk to Stora Essingen tram station. Basically, you have lots of options and can be in central Stockholm in under 20 minutes.
Situation:
We (the apartment owners) are moving to the UK for at least the next 3 years. We are looking to rent the apartment out on a yearly basis – but if you’re a good tenant and want to stay, you will have the opportunity to continue renting here for that time.
You will not have use of the attic storage space.
