Location: Istidsgatan 31, 6th floor with a big balcony facing east. It has a fantastic view from both rooms and kitchen towards Nydala lake. You can reach lake for a walk or run in less than 5 minutes. You also have the option to watch northern light right from your balcony! The neighbourhood is great and quiet. Right now, on Bostaden website one must be in a queue for 8 years and 9 months to get a similar apartment in this area. The apartment is close to downtown (4km). It is close (few minutes walking distance) to ICA, Burger king, IKSU and university. Bus station and post office is also nearby. 

Rental price and date: 8700 SEK (with one month deposit in advance), incl. electricity, internet, tv and parking.

Rental period is 2019-09-10 to 2020-09-10 with possibility of extension. (prior to finalize the contract, a form must be filled, signed and sent to Bostaden for their approval. This will take 4-5 days).

Apartment and Furniture: The flat is 61.2 square meters, with an effective ventilation system. It is on the 6th floor of 7-floors building, accessible with an spacious elevator. We are renting out this flat fully furnished with all you need! To name a few of what is included: Mechanical leather sofa (4seats), 160cm double-bed, 104’’ screen plus projector, computer desk plus chair and monitor, smart lights, speakers and media streaming devices, kitchen bar table with chairs, kitchen utensils and supplies, etc.

Storage: There is a large storage room on floor 7 which is super convenient for you living on the 6th floor. Part of the storage will be occupied with our belongings but you will have plenty of room left for yours.

Electricity and Internet:The electricity and internet are also included in the rent. Currently for electricity we have a contract with Umeå Energy and had about 200kWh on average for electricity consumption (we can agree on a reasonable limit). For internet, we currently have a contract with Bahnhof with fairly high speed (300/100 Mbit/s). 

Parking and Public Facilities: Currently, we have a parking spot (without electricity) just next to the building with 120 SEK/month (included). The ones with electricity can also be booked for 240/month. There are also many parking spots for guests and one can easily book with parkster app. 

Public facilities: two laundry rooms, sauna with showers, gaming room, bicycle room and bicycle parking area outside.
