Downstairs you have an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a cabe TV for International broadcast etc. You also have the bathroom with a toilet there. The bathroom is not spacious but neat and clean with a great shower. There is also a wardrobe downstairs.
Upstairs you’ll find the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a walk-in closet.
You will also find a working space with a desk, including a wonderful view over the rooftops with plenty of sky upstairs. If you want you can enjoy the moon and the stars while laying in the bed.
If you need curtains while sleeping, there are thick black out curtains available to use.
TV upstairs too (but not with cable).
What makes this apartment unique and special is the light!
It is bright, witch is noticeable immediately when entering the door.
It is also nice that It is situated on the roof, so you can see the old logs, the height and a lot of sky from the upstairs.
The apartment is quiet for being situated in the city. This is because it is situated high up/top floor, and upstairs in the bedroom there are 3-glas windows as well.
The neighbourhood is popular and if you take the elevator downstairs to the entrance you will find both SevenEleven, open until 24.00 and to 01.00 o’clock on weekends. You also have an Italian restaurant next door that is famous all over Stockholm and a very nice bakery for fresh bread in the morning -all in the same building as the apartment. Across the street there is an Apotek among a lot of restaurants and different kind of shops, including grossary stores and a Systembolag.
Half a minute from the entrance you will find one of these grossary stores and the BUS stop,
with frequently going buses that takes you to the center in about 10 minutes. You will also reach the Metro within a 7 min walk, Medborgarplatsen or Slusssen, both these metro stations are connected to all the different subway lines.
Landry can be made in the basement. You book a time and you will have 4 machines, 2 dryers and 2 drying cupords at your convince.
