Once we agreed the rental I would need provide your person number to association for the final rental permit approval. It can only be rented to natural person, not to companies.

The apartment has your own washing machine, own dishwasher, kitchen. It’s half furnished but we can move out our furniture if you want.
Door to door from the apartment to Blue line metro station Fridhemsplan is 3 minutes. And it’s 5 minutes walk to Fridhemsplan’s shopping center, super markets (Hemköp, ICA, etc), bars and many other city pulse.
The buildings were built in 1920s so it has great antique feeling of 100 years ago. The inner yard is fantastic and it has got design prize years ago. Balconies are shared with neighbor between each floors. The apartment is on the highest floor (4th) so you have great view to the inner garden, apartment is facing Southeast so you have direct sun light from morning to around 2pm, and reflected sun light the whole day.
