Då vi kommer arbeta på annan ort hyr vi ut vår fina lägenhet på 58kvm i Flogsta under sommaren! Lägenheten har ett sovrum med en 140 cm säng och ett med 160 cm säng, ett kök med diskmaskin, badrum med badkar, balkong med morgonsol samt ett vardagsrum med TV och en mysig soffa! Från balkongen går det att gå ner via en trappa direkt på gräsmattan som är superfin på sommaren för picnics! En gemensam grill finns även att använda.Med cykel tar det ca 15 min till BMC, Akademiska sjukhuset och city samt bra kommunikationer med buss (15 min till city med buss 5 och 18 min till Uppsala science park med buss 12). Grönområdet Hågadalen med flera fina spår för promenader och löpning finns precis vid Flogstas låghus! Mataffären ICA väst ligger inte mer än 200 m från huset och en tvättstuga är mitt emot porten. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and one with a 160 cm bed, as well as a kitchen with a washing machine, bathroom with bathtub, balcony with morning sun and a living room with a tv and cosy sofa! From the balcony its possible to go via a couple of steps down on the lawn below which is really nice in the summer and perfect for picnics! There is also a large grill for everyone in the area to use.Going by bike it takes around 15 min to BMC, Akademiska sjukhuset and the City as well as good communications with bus (15 min to the central station with bus 5 and 18 min to Uppsala Science Park with bus 12). The green area Hågadalen with plenty of walking/runningtracks is directly by the Flogsta low houses. The food store ICA väst is only 200 m from the house and a laundry house is opposite to the house. (Katten är bara med för mys-faktor och kommer såklart inte inkluderas)
