I have a newly furnished room in a 97.5 sqm apartment located near Solna Centrum and the police station that I would like to rent out to a female roommate (25-35), first on a short-term basis with a chance of extension if we find that we are compatible.
The room is fully furnished with a new 160cm bed, desk, chair, lights, hanging rack and wardrobe so you really only need to come with your clothes and textiles. We will share two bathrooms, living/dining room and kitchen. The apartment is located 3 minutes walk to Solna Centrum (shopping and grocery stores) where there is also a subway station (Blue line) which takes 8 minutes to T-Centralen. There is also a bus stop right in front of the apartment.
We are three girls currently living in the apartment, one of whom is moving out so you will be having her room (picture posted). We are looking for someone very clean, responsible, calm and quiet. I’d like to find someone who’d like to spend time with us over food and movie but at the same time respect privacy.
One month’s deposit is requested at the time of contract signing.
No smoking, parties, children or pets!
