About the apartment:
The total area is 138m2, it’s situated on the fourth floor with no elevator(!). All rooms except kitchen and bathrooms are stuccoed with parquet floor. Dishwasher in the kitchen, laundry in the basement. Small but lovely courtyard. Wifi
About the room:
The room is let furnished. The rent is 3500 SEK per month, with tv/wifi/electricity included in the price. The rent is paid in advance, and a deposition is paid in conjunction with the contract signing. The deposition will be repaid when you move out, minus eventual costs for repairs and cleaning. Notice is two whole calendar months

About the collective:
We share kitchen, bathrooms, living room, pans and cutlery. We also share spices, salt, toilet paper, dish soap; the rest you buy yourself. We don’t spend every minute together, we don’t cook together, we basically live our own lives. Hanging out is a perk, not a must
However, if you have no interest AT ALL in hanging out, this is probably not for you

Jonas (44) is a programmer/dancer
Jonna (24) is a game designer
Vera (28) is doing her Master’s in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science at Lund U
Ben (26) studies African Studies at Copenhagen U
Houdini (2), is an escape artist (for real, he escapes now and then)(He is also a cat)
Rorschach (1), is more of a stay-at-home kind of cat
