Hello, My name is Mats Lidén and rent rooms to students and I have done it for eight years to students at Stockholm University and the Royal Institute of Technology KTH. Here you will find between 2 – 4 international students who either study or do their internship, but I also rent for you who need a temporary room for other reasons.
We have 300 mb/s download hi speed WiFi with the next full signage strength in each room on several access points to make internet as fast as possible.
We live in a large 5 bedroom apartment at the top floor 4 minutes walk to the Lake Mälaren with nice green areas where you can walk or run along the lake or sit on the hill and watch the sunset or enjoy a barbecue on one of the barbeque facilities or have a picnic with her friends in the grass.
The subway Axelsbergs Station is 2 minutes walk from the apartment and goes every 5 min working day.
South as it is called, and is the southern part of Stockholm with all the outdoor cafes and bars is only 8 minutes Old Town 10 min away 4 min by subway to Liljeholmen for switching to trains above ground and buses large shopping centers and bars and big shopping center and Supermarket lika Lidl. .
There is a center in Axelsberg 1 min walk with supermarket( small food store ICANära open 9 am -21 pm) and One Restaurant Bar Pizzeria and with a Post office Video Candy Store and newsagent like 7/11( Pressbyrån ).
