I’m renting a room in my apartment because 3 rooms and 72 sqm are too big for a person to live in.
The apartment is located in Barkarby, 5 minutes walking distance from Barkarby station, 17 minutes by pendeltåg to central Stockholm and close to the market, and restaurants. The apartment is completely fresh and renovated a few months back.
Perfect for those who don’t want to pay the hefty amount a month to stay inside the city and are happy to live close to the town but also close to nature.
I recently bought this apartment and you will share the apartment with me. I am both easy to deal with and live with (I believe and hope). I want it clean and tidy in the apartment. The cleaning company will visit twice a month to do all the cleaning.
Your room:
The room you will get is 12m2 large, basically square. There is a fixed closet with three doors. The room can be both furnished and unfurnished depending on what we agree on. You will have windows facing the courtyard.
The apartment in general:
There is one toilet, which has everything a bath, shower, washing machine, etc. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a dining table. The living room has a big couch and 65-inch OLED tv.
I will not make any super high demands on you and who you are except general requirements. You can be either a guy or a girl but better to be animal and smoke-free.
The room is available for a long term contract. It includes everything cleaning, electricity, internet, heating, water, etc.
These pictures are from the previous owner. Your room will be Sovrum 2 on the floor plan. I’m busy with shifting and the last week, I got deliveries from Mio and Ikea. The packaging is spreading everywhere but I will arrange everything in a few days. All of the furniture is new and it will be super luxurious. You can visit the place if you are interested and move in anytime in August.
