Long term contract, the room is availabel from the 1th of November 2019.
We are a Swedish, a French and a German now looking for a fourth flate mate. We all speak English as well. The apartment is bright, on the second floor. 12 minutes walk from Emporia departmentstore/ Hyllie train station. You have bus station outside the door and it takes 30 minutes by bus to get to Central station. If you take the train from Hyllie it only takes 7 minutes to get to the central station. There are two toilets and a balcony. You need to pay one month deposit – the same amount as the rent, 4 500 SEK.
I do not want to become you mother: telling you to put your shoses on the shoe-rack, turn of the stove when you finished coocking food. If you do not have the time to dish, you have to put the plates in the zink- but do not leave it on the table! I have a dishwasher. We have all the access to the balcony and if you are at home, we will not cross your room without your permission. But if you are not home, we will use the balcony without your permission.The room has a walk in closet with a window. If you want I can send you another pitcure of the walk in closet. You can,smoke but only on the balcony with the door closed. At the end of December my pet, a beautiful (cocky) parrot will come back to my home. He will be most of the time in my room but sometimes in the kitchen. He sings and is the king of the home. And he flies. And he has the right to fly. The only one that can open the window in the kitchen is me, cause my bird flies sometimes in the kitchen. One of the flat mate is gay (a man) and you have to respect his sexuality.
Please send me a presentation of who you are, why you need a room, what you do in your life. I do not read message that are short like: ”Is the room still available”.
