Rum uthyres i helt ny renoverad och välplanerad 2:a på 50kvm i Hagsätra. Vi som lägenhetsinnehavare är ett par och vill därför hyra ut rummet till en kvinna (BARA TILL TJEJER). Det som är viktigt för oss är att det finns en bra kommunikation, att du som inneboende håller kontraktet och är skötsam, noggrann, lyhörd, etc. Du som hyresgäst kommer dela lägenheten med en annan tjej på 23år som bor i andra rummet fram till Februari. Efter februari kommer förmodligen hon flytta ut och då kommer hyran höjas eftersom du kommer vara själv i lägenheten. Då kommer hyran ligga på 8,000kr.
Rummet är ca 20kvm, möblerat med säng , byrå, bokhyllor, soffa och soffbord, tillgång till badrum och toalett samt kök med full utrustning. Tvättstuga finns.
Centrum med bussar och tunnelbana ligger på ca 5 min gångavstånd. I centrum finns utbud av matbutiker, apotek, restaurang/fik, vårdcentral, bibliotek, gym, mm.
Månadshyran är 5000. En månadshyra betalas samt en månadshyra som deposition i förskott. I hyran ingår el, vatten och internet.
Uthyrningsperioden är omgående och ca 1år framåt.
Uppsägningstiden är 1 månad.
Du bör ha goda referenser och stabil ekonomi. Ser att du ej är rökare, ej dricker alkohol, ej har stark parfym, alltså ej stark ”doft ”.

Room for rent in completely renovated and well-planned two room apartment at 50sqm in Hagsätra. We as an apartment owner are a couple and therefore want to rent out the room to a woman (JUST FOR WOMEN). It is important for us is that there is a good communication between eachother, that you, as inherent keep the contract, agreements and are carefull, responsible, etc.
The room is about 20 sqm, furnished with bed, bookshelves, sofa and a table, access to bathroom and toilet as well as kitchen with full equipment. Aparment is completely renovated,
Laundry room available.
The distance to the center with buses and metro is about a 5 min walk. In the center there is a selection of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurant / food, health center, library, gym, etc.
The monthly rent is 5000 + 5000 as a deposit. A monthly rent is payable as well as a monthly rental deposit in advance. The rent includes electricity, water and internet.
The rental period is immediate and for about 1 year.
The notice period is 1 month. The apartment is shared with a person, a French girl of 23 years. Very friendly and cordial. As owners, we are very happy with her. She retires at the end of February. From that date a new contract will be made and the rent will go up to 8,000 SEK because you will be alone in the apartment. More information will be given.
You should have good references and stable finances. We do not want to ret out to anybody who smokes, drinks alcohol, no strong perfume, thus not strong ”fragrance”.
