Hej!
I am looking for somebody to rent my super cute attic in a villa in the forest AND look after the best cat in the world from 30th of December 2019 until 4th of February 2020, price: 7500 SEK for the whole period.

I offer:
– A very cute 2- room attic of a bit more than 30 m2 in a villa in the forest between Tumba and Tullinge
– Fully equipped and furnished: own kitchen, bathroom, washing machine
– Kim, the best and sweetest cat ever. Very easy in maintenance, just put some dry food in her bowl every other day and pet her often
– Peace and quiet, some have described my place as a miniature retreat center
– Longdistance skiis, downhill skiis and iceskates all size 38/39 which you can use (if you are lucky enough that it’s a good winter, or if you go further north)
– A yoga mat, meditation pillow, head stand bench that you may use and lots of books on yoga and spirituality if you are interested
– Running/distance skiing track starting basically at your doorstep
– Own entrance, you don’t share anything with the other people in the house

What I am looking for:
– A sweet, calm and quiet person that loves cats and respects humans and their things
– Somebody who is not afraid of the darkness in the forest (our street has no light!)
– Somebody who is not afraid of deer running around in the garden making strange noises
– Somebody who doesn’t make too much noise themselves (I have neighbours living below me)

Nearest bus stop is just 10-minutes’ walk, 4 min bus drive to the station, pendeltrain takes you to to Stockholm City in 25 minutes
2,5 km to Tumba, about the same to Tullinge.
You can be at Karolinska’s Fleminsberg campus in 30-40 minutes.

I myself am a researcher at Karolinska in Solna, which takes a bit more than an hour to get to. If that is your situation as well you could probably also borrow my bike in town.

I am really looking for a trustworthy person, so I will respond only to serious seekers who resonate peace and love through their email. Feel free to ask any questions!
Finally, I am not asking more than I pay already myself. However, I would like some deposit to be on the safe side (3000 SEK deposit).
