Apartment in the perfect location, a few minutes away from everything – Metro, Mall of Scandinavia, Karolinska, Friend’s Arena and City Centre. In the immediate vicinity you´ll find Pampas Marina, Coop Konsum, restaurants and a beautiful walk through lovely nature by the shore of Huvudsta Strand.
The room:
Large, spacious, well-planned 1 bedroom, modern, light and airy with access to a very large balcony (with screens for winter use) via the living room, and a comfortable bed.
The Apartment:
A modern newly furbished, clean and comfortable, spacious apartment with three bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A newly renovated large modern bathroom with bath, shower and WC and one extra modern WC. The large living room is upgraded and there is a large amazing balcony running 10 meters along the side of the apartment with a refreshing view.
You will have almost the whole apartment available, except the other two bedrooms in which we sleep. We do not have a TV in the living room, but you are free to install a TV in your room, as the basic television channels are already included in the cost.
The Neighbourhood:
Beautiful, calm neighbourhood close to the water, forest, walking paths with Pampas Marina, restaurants and a beautiful walk through lovely nature by the shore of Huvudsta.
Getting Around:
– T-bana Metro ”Västra Skogen” – 5 min walk
– Stockholm City Center shopping and night life – 7 min by Metro
– Karolinska 8 minutes by bicycle
– Friends Arena and Mall of Scandinavia 9 minutes by bicycle
– Huvudsta Strand (Lake) – 5 min walk (nice walking paths and greenery)
– Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan 20 minutes by bicycle
– You can use Solna Taxi to get to Arlanda Airport at cheaper price.

We are looking to rent the room to quiet respectful people who are open to the fact that we have recently upgraded the entire kitchen. We really like people and we welcome people from all over the world to apply to move in with us.
