Rum i bostadsrättspärla direkt intill Kalmarsund

Jag hyr ut 2-3 rum i min moderna och mysiga bostadsrätt på Enighetens väg i Kalmar (Brf Havsörnen/Riksbyggen). Om du är seriös, ansvarsfull och intresserad av att hyra hör av dig omgående. Tanken är att du hyr ett av dessa rum och delar resten av lägenheten med den andra hyresgästen. Månadshyran per rum är 6500 kr vid två hyresgäster och 4500 kr vid tre hyresgäster.
Det gäller en uthyrning under minst ett år i enlighet med bostadsrättsföreningens regler – som kan bli en tillsvidareuthyrning: Efter ett år kan ett nytt årskontrakt skrivas. Denna procedur kan i princip upprepas ett obegränsat antal gånger om båda parter önskar detta. Jag har ingenting emot en tillsvidareuthyrning där kontraktet förnyas årsvis – allt bygger på att det är en pålitlig och skötsam hyresgäst.
Inflyttning skulle kunna ske omgående dock senast januari/februari 2020.
Det handlar om en fräsch och modern fyra. Balkong i västerläge och nyrenoverat snyggt badrum med golvvärme, badkar och tvättmaskin samt torktumlare. Lägenheten är del av ett hus på tre våningar som har hiss. Den är omgiven av vacker natur och ligger direkt intill Kalmarsund. Motionsslinga samt bad- och båtplats finns strax utanför dörren. Bostadsrättsföreningen erbjuder bl a gym och övernattningslägenhet. Vi kan lova att du som hyresgäst av denna bostadsrätt kommer att njuta av en riktig pärla med idyllisk Bullerby-känsla: det är som ett liv på landet direkt intill stan (9 minuter i buss till City/Kvarnholmen).

Room in beautifully located flat right next to Kalmar Strait

I rent out 2-3 rooms in my modern and cosy flat in Enighetens väg in Kalmar. If you are a reliable, responsible tenant and interested in renting, get in touch with me. The idea is that you rent one of these rooms and share the remaining flat with the other tenant. The rent per room is 6500 kr per month if two persons share the flat and 4500 kr per month if the flat is shared by three persons.
I rent out at least for one year in accordance with the rules of the housing cooperative. After one year, a new yearly contract can be signed. This procedure can in principle be repeated infinitely if both parties wish to do so. I am fine with that as long as the tenant is reliable and diligent.
As tenant you could move into the flat more or less immediately but at the latest January/February 2020.
You will move into a fresh and modern four-room apartment. You rent one out of two bedrooms and share living room and a fourth room (e.g. shared office) as well as bathroom and kitchen. The flat has a balcony in southwestern direction, which provides it with plenty of afternoon sun. The bathroom is super modern after a recent refurbishment with floor heating, bathtub, washing machine and dryer.
The flat is part of a house consisting of three floors and elevator. The house is located in a beautiful nature reserve right by the Kalmar Strait. There are hiking, biking and jogging trails as well as a beach and a berth/small harbor (in case you have a boat to take care of) – right outside your door. The house is part of a larger apartment complex administrated by a housing cooperative. On the premises you will also find a gym and two guest apartments. I can promise that you as tenant are going to truly enjoy your stay here in this ‘Sweden idyll’ with its red painted cottage style houses featuring white window trims – just like in Astrid Lindgren’s famous ‘Noisy Village’ (bullerby) – minus the noise; it is pleasantly quiet here. At the same time, downtown Kalmar is only 7-9 minutes away by car/bus. Optionally you can walk or bike to downtown by using a scenic biking/hiking trail that goes right next to the sea.
