Hi, now it’s the time to rent out our lovely townhouse, for a long period.
We are a family with 2 kids. We came from China and have been living in Sweden for 12 years. Due to some family reasons we need to move back to China for several years, and we don’t want to sell our house because we love it so much!

It’s located in a beautiful area in Hässelby Norra Villastad, very close to nature, very kids friendly. In the walking distance there are:
– Several kindergartens, two preliminary schools
– A very nice kids playground including a small farm, scooter area
– 10 minutes walk to a small shopping center, you can find ICA/Lidl/Pharmacy, etc.
– 20 minutes walk to beautiful ”Riddersviks promenade”
– 10 minutes driving to Barkarby handelsplats

Transportation is good too, even though there is no metro or light-rails, however you can find:
– Bus 518 to Kista or Vällingby center.
– Bus 540 to Barkarby or Vällingby center
Then it’s easy to change to metro or light-rails.

Regarding on the house, it has:
– 2 floors. a large living room, a new kitchen, a new bathroom in ground floor. And 3 bedrooms, and a large bathroom with washing machine and bath in first floor. Also you will find a newly renovated attic with roof window, which can be your guest bedroom, or your working area.
– A small but nice garden with terrace in both front and back yards. There are also motor-driven sun-roofs in both terraces.
– A small Jacuzzi with heating area in the back terrace.
– Free parking place and also a garage.
– An extra outside storage room with 6 square meters.
– Newly upgrade home security system also included in the rental.

It’s not a big or luxury house, but a one with full of love. We are hoping to have someone who can take good care of it, with long and stable stay.
