Exaktare datum kan diskuteras. Huset är i original, byggt 1976. Det finns totalt 4 sovrum varav 2 sovrum är barnrum. Det ena barnrummet har en barnsäng och det andra barnrummet är en barnkammare med en spjälsäng. I det stora sovrummet finns det även en spjälsäng.Det finns ett stort kök med bardisk och matplats, ett stort vardagsrum med öppen spis, ett bibliotek/arbetsrum samt en enklare tvättstuga med en kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. 2 badrum med respektive dusch och badkar. Ett annat ganska stort rum används som förråd/förvaring.Crosstrainer finns.Tv-antenn finns ej, utan alla streamingtjänster kan ses via Apple-TV.Carport och förråd.Trevlig möblerad uteplats i skugga. På tomten finns en fullt fungerande nyrenoverad pool på 3 m x 4,5 m. Poolen är uppvärmd och vattnet renas genom ett sandfilter samt ett saltkloreringssystem som automatisk styr vattnets pH- och klorvärde.Enklare skötsel och kontinuerligt underhåll kommer att krävas av hyresgästerna!Huset ligger i ett trevligt och lugnt område i närheten av ett mindre skogsparti. The villa is for rent to families, companies, consultants or embassies. Precise dates can be discussed.The villa was built in 1976. There are total of 4 bedrooms, 2 of them are children rooms. In one of the kids rooms there is a kids bed and the other room is a nursery room with a cot. The master bedroom also has a cot.Large kitchen with bar and dining area, a large living room with fireplace, a library/ study room and a simpler laundry room with a combined washing machine and dryer. 2 bathrooms, one with with a shower and one with a bathtub.Another quite big room is used as storage. Crosstrainer is also available.TV is available, but whithout antenna/broadcast and only with Apple-TV and different streaming services. Nice furnished patio in shade.On the plot there is a fully functional newly renovated pool , about 3 m x 4.5 m. The pool is heated and the water filters through a sandfilter and purifies with a salt chlorination system that automaticaly adjusts pH and chlorine. Easier care and continuous maintenance will be required by the tenants! Carport and toolshed.The villa is located in a nice and quiet area near a small forest. As the villa is located in a blind alley, the traffic is minimal. Very child-friendly area, close to a playground and a soccer field.The house has an alarm system (Verisure).
